Available Screw Conveyor Configurations

Tubular Screw Conveyor

A tubular screw conveyor uses a round enclosed casing. Its compact structure is suitable where dust containment and a sealed conveying route are the main priorities. It is commonly used between a flour bin and downstream processing or packing equipment.

U-Trough Screw Conveyor

A U-trough conveyor uses a removable top cover, providing easier access to the screw and conveying chamber for inspection and cleaning. Multiple feeding or discharge points can be arranged when the production process connects several machines.

Horizontal and Inclined Installation

Horizontal installation is normally used between equipment at similar elevations. Inclined installation transfers material to a higher bin, mixer or packing system. Because capacity can decrease as the conveying angle increases, the final model must be selected using the actual lifting height, total length and material flow characteristics.
