Description

Production Process:

Intake & Cleaning: Filtering impurities from raw grain to ensure subsequent drying efficiency.

Elevating: Dedicated vertical lifting systems transport the grain to the top of the Voson drying tower.

Pre-heating: A gradual temperature increase phase to prevent grain cracking caused by extreme temperature differentials.

Drying Section: The core dehydration stage where moisture evaporation is precisely controlled.

Tempering: A stabilization process that balances internal and external moisture to prevent grain breakage.

Cooling: Reducing the grain to ambient temperature to ensure no condensation occurs during storage.
