The Gravity Separator Machine is one of the key pieces of equipment in the seed cleaning and grading process. It works based on the principle of differences in suspension and friction characteristics, effectively separating lighter materials from heavier ones. The machine is ideal for processing seeds that have already been cleaned by air screen cleaners or cylinder grading machines, providing further separation by density.
It removes immature, shriveled, or germinated seeds and separates impurities of similar size but different weight, such as stones or debris. In addition to grain and oilseed processing, the gravity separator is also widely used for wheat, sunflower seeds, tea leaves, and various granular materials that require precise grading and impurity removal.

The Voson Gravity Separator is mainly used for cleaning and grading wheat, corn, rice, barley, soybeans, peanuts, and rapeseeds before further processing. It is particularly suitable for seed processing plants, flour milling pre-cleaning sections, and oilseed pretreatment lines where high precision and stable performance are required.
Product Features of Gravity Separator
The air system is composed of a single fan for each section, ensuring easy maintenance and independent, stepless air volume adjustment.
A honeycomb-style vertical air distribution device is installed between the working table and the body to maintain a consistent airflow direction and ensure uniform air distribution across the entire table surface.
The square woven wire mesh screen has no bottom mesh, allowing smooth air passage through the deck and preventing dead zones during separation.
Compact structure and stable operation make it suitable for continuous industrial seed and grain cleaning lines.
