Cassava Flour Milling Solution

Description

Voson provides complete cassava flour milling solutions for processing fresh cassava roots or dried cassava chips into fine cassava flour. The complete process consists of cassava pretreatment and dry flour milling. Fresh cassava roots are washed, peeled, chipped or sliced, and dried before entering the dry milling section. For customers using dried cassava chips as raw materials, the production process can start directly from cleaning, crushing, milling, sieving, and packing.

The cassava flour processing line can be customized according to the raw material condition, required processing capacity, target flour fineness, and plant layout. Voson provides complete cassava flour mill plant solutions, including process design, equipment configuration, manufacturing, installation guidance, and technical support.

Washing: Fresh cassava roots are thoroughly washed to remove soil, sand, and other surface impurities before further processing.

Peeling: The outer peel is removed to improve the cleanliness and quality of the final cassava flour.

Chipping/Slicing: Peeled cassava roots are cut into smaller chips or slices to facilitate efficient and uniform drying.

Drying: Cassava chips or slices are dried to a suitable moisture level for storage and subsequent dry milling.

Cleaning: Dried cassava chips are cleaned to remove dust, stones, and other foreign materials before entering the milling system.

Crushing: Large dried cassava chips are reduced to smaller and more uniform particles, preparing the material for efficient fine grinding.

Milling: The crushed cassava material is finely ground into cassava flour. The milling system can be configured according to the required production capacity and flour fineness.

Sieving: The ground cassava flour is screened to achieve a uniform particle size. Oversized particles can be returned to the milling system for further grinding.

Packing: The finished cassava flour is collected, weighed, and packed according to the required packaging specifications.
