Our Solutions
Multigrain Flour Milling Solution
Description
Voson provides customized multigrain flour milling solutions for processing a wide range of grains and legumes into fine flour. The multigrain flour milling line can be designed for sorghum, millet, buckwheat, soybeans, peas, chickpeas, lentils, mung beans, and other suitable raw materials.
Since different grains and legumes have different physical characteristics and processing requirements, the production process and equipment configuration are customized according to the raw material, required processing capacity, target flour fineness, and final product requirements. A typical multigrain flour processing line includes cleaning, destoning, optional dehulling or peeling, crushing, milling, sieving, optional mixing, and packing.
The production line can be used to produce individual grain or legume flours, such as sorghum flour, millet flour, buckwheat flour, soybean flour, pea flour, and chickpea flour, as well as blended multigrain flour products. Voson provides complete multigrain flour mill plant solutions, including process design, equipment configuration, manufacturing, installation guidance, and technical support.

Complete Multigrain Flour Flour Production Flow
Raw Material → Cleaning → Destoning → Dehulling / Peeling (Optional) → Crushing → Milling → Sieving → Mixing (Optional) → Packing
Cleaning: Removes dust, straw, and other foreign materials from grains and legumes to prepare clean raw materials for further processing.
Destoning: Separates stones and heavy impurities to protect downstream equipment and improve product cleanliness.
Dehulling/Peeling (Optional): Removes the outer hull or seed coat when required, depending on the raw material characteristics and desired flour quality.
Crushing: Reduces larger grains and legumes into smaller, more uniform particles for efficient fine milling.
Milling: Grinds the prepared material into fine flour according to the required capacity and target flour fineness.
Sieving: Classifies the ground flour to ensure uniform particle size, with oversized particles returned for further milling when required.
Mixing (Optional): Uniformly blends different flours or other permitted ingredients according to the required formulation to produce multigrain flour blends.
Final Product Packing: Collects, weighs, and packs the finished flour according to the required packaging specifications.
